Your Role: As a Telecom Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of our Customer Solutions team, responsible for:
- Technical Sales Partnership: Working with our sales team to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Primary Client Contact: Serving as a trusted technical advisor for our clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- System Architecture: Designing, configuring, and deploying mobile and radio communication systems to provide seamless solutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Working alongside Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Software Development to ensure flawless integration and delivery.
- On-the-Ground Support: Supporting installations, configurations, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile & Radio System Architecture: Create robust architectures for mobile and radio communication systems, covering hardware, network design, and software components.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain precise documentation throughout system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting stages.
- Rapid Problem Solving: Diagnose, resolve, and thoroughly test solutions to technical issues, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of RF fundamentals and mobile networks (GSM, LTE 4G/5G).
- Experience in confined environment implementation (indoor, underground, etc.).
- Bilingual in English and French; Dutch or German a plus.
- Skilled communicator and organized, detail-oriented team player.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
